SHIPPING POLICY
We take special care to ensure each book is meticulously created and bound to last you and your children through the days of their lives. Please be patient with us once you have placed your order.
Once your order has been confirmed, there is a minimum two week lead time before your product is sent to you. You will receive a tracking number once it has been couriered.

Return & Exchange Policy
As our Journals are personalised, we unfortunately do not accept returns.
Please be sure to check spelling of names to be printed on journals. If you include second names and/or surnames, it will be printed as you have typed it.
We cannot be held responsible for incorrect spelling or style of covers chosen.
