Our wedding was held at Izotsha Creek Estate at 10:30am.
Naveshin and I had a traditional Telegu Wedding witnessed by our very close family and friends.
The weather was perfect and so was the day.
Our invitations were printed on embossed paper and held together with a wooden lazer cut heart. Our Wedding Day colour scheme was Ivory and Champagne.
Guests entered to a welcome drink of Bombay Crush and each lady reeived a Pashmina Shawl in a beautiful box as a token of gratitude for attending our special day.
My sister, Sanushka Gordhan gave a speech on behalf of me, and close family friend, Reuben Naidoo spoke on behalf of Naveshin.
Naveshin and I both had our messages to our guests pre recorded and played back after the ceremony.
With the assistance of our loved ones, our Wedding Day went off without any glitches and by far surpassed any of our expectations.
There is not a moment of the day that was a blur because we took it all in and always ensured that we never forgot the true essence of the day. We never let go of the fact that as special as the day was, our love for each other was the reason we were there and that in itself is an extraordinary thing to share.
